DPMon - Cobblemon Quest Pack

fixed the evolution quests line to observe the ore not have to get it with silk touch.

also removed essentials mod as it was causing lag spikes and really not needed unless its on a server.

also started adding more quests but there WIP as im very busy.

please leave comments on my page if you find anything that needs fixing or you think i should add to it.
