In this modpack, even surviving is very difficult. Having to defend yourself on Day 1 from zombies digging from underneath, your base will get destroyed, NOWHERE IS SAFE!!!!! The focus of Doomsday Madness is on enhancing the abilities of mobs in the vanilla game, zombies and skeletons no longer burn in the daylight, they might even mine out from caves to attack you on day 1, zombies now can ride horses, use tnt and creepers to blow up every manmade thing they see, building a skybase isn't a great option either, mobs can stack blocks under their feet and attack you now, getting attacked by zombies are now very scary, swarms might appear at any moment, you might get infected by the crazy amount of zombies at night, watch out and don't get damaged, zombies can sense your blood and come find you.

For new players, when you first start out, it is recommended to choose the Lost Cities(BoP) world type, after you load your world, the first thing you will find out is that you can't punch trees anymore, you would have to get some kind of tool to get wood, having over 2000 JEI pages, Doomsday Madness is definetly worth a try, download this modpack and have your own try at surviving through the dangerous days and nights!
