The Doomlands

-Added Wyrmroost, Wyrmroost configs, and Wyrmroost patch. Each has been preconfigured so the spawnrates for dragons should be decently low as to not cause lag. Butterfly leviathans disabled by default.
-Added Scaling health. Blight mobs will now spawn, and mobs will have more health, and do more damage to you the longer you survive. Good luck!
-Removed Curious Armor stand
-Decreased Dragon Roost Spawnrates from a 1/200 to a 1/250 chance.
-Increased IDAS structure, Mo' Structure, and Battle Tower spawnrates significantly.
-Increased Random Affix Mob Spawnrate from 1/125 to 1/75 chance.
