Dominion is a progression-driven Minecraft modpack about building a settlement into a powerful civilization through colonization, industry, magic, exploration, warfare, and advanced technology.

At the heart of Dominion is MineColonies, turning your colony into more than a side activity: your buildings, citizens, University research, resources, and territorial growth become part of the modpack’s main progression system. Technologies and entire branches of gameplay gradually unlock as your Dominion develops.

Major mods including MineColonies, Create, Origins++, Ars Nouveau, Botania, Blood Magic, Hexerei, Apotheosis, Mekanism, Applied Energistics 2, Thermal, ComputerCraft, Powah, PneumaticCraft, Refined Storage and FTB Chunks/Teams are brought together through Dominion’s own progression and interface systems.

Your civilization advances through distinct eras — from a medieval settlement, into the Create-powered Steampunk Revolution, onward into Arcane Ascendancy, industrialization, advanced science and eventually extremely powerful end-game technology.

Dominion adds its own systems around the modpack, including custom Origins and Classes, colony progression, research gating, nations and territory, quests, skill abilities and cooldowns, custom inventory/backpack systems, colony claim management, exploration, boss encounters, rewards and a unified ModernUI interface.

Instead of feeling like a collection of unrelated mods, Dominion is designed so that every major system feeds into another: your colony unlocks research, research unlocks industry, industry enables magical and technological advancement, exploration provides resources and discoveries, Origins and Classes define your role, and territorial expansion turns your growing settlement into a true Dominion.
