Changes:
- Removed SkinPort. (EtFuturum now replaces it)
- Lowered Builder's wand energy usage. (5 RF/use, 27x64 blocks per charge)
- Disabled Forestry mutations showing up in NEIAddons. (Use the escritoire :D)
- Disabled Pam's Harvestcraft integration from NEIIntegration because of crashes.
- Disabled Mutatron reciped from Gendustry showing in NEI. (Again, ecritoire)
- Added Gendustry 16x16 resource pack. (If consistency is your thing)
- Cleaned up a bunch of unused config files.
