- updated quests (credits to Ureka):
      - removed alchemistry and related items appears in other quest
      + new chapter Mekanism and TFC collector
      + some new quest, eg askistor cart, casting channel, beyond earth etc
      - updated firmalife quests
- replaced pyrite with glow ink sacs in the glowstone recipe
- fixed kelp related recipes
- fixed metal duplication glitch regarding plates
- fixed some metal processing bugs
