Direct and Dominate

The wind meanders through a thick forest. The sun lazily shines from above a peaceful desert. Water breaks rhythmically on a sandy beach. Suddenly, a sharp crack and an enigmatic flash of light disturb the world. You peer at your unfamiliar surroundings, ozone stuck in your nostrils. 

Something went wrong, and you find yourself in a strange land of unfamiliar people. You hear a rustle behind you, and only catch a glimpse of the foreign creature escaping into the bushes behind you. 

It followed you.

You turn again to the landscape. It reminds you of your homeland, now a place of death and annihilation. You start walking, hoping that you can keep this new world safe with the knowledge you have.

A dimensional traveler. An ancient plague. An unsuspecting world. This modpack mixes high fantasy and futuristic technology, putting the player in a race against time to build technology and manpower in time to stop an existential threat. You are a traveler from a broken world, ravaged by a hostile alien species. You escaped to this new place, but you weren’t the only one.
