Config Changes:

- Added Agricraft Compatibility Plus

- Disabled radiation in NuclearCraft (You can re-enable this on your own)

- Decreased spread rate of glowing mushrooms

- Decreased generation rate of nuclear wastelands

- Decreased generation rate of roguelike dungeons (halved it)
