Removed Ice and Fire Dragons

Removed Ender Zoo

Removed Zoo Animals and Wild Animals

These mods were causing crashes/extreme lag, and unfortunately had to be removed.  I will be looking into a way to add the dragons mod back in, as well as one of the zoo's.  However I am currently too inexperienced to figure out how to do so without causing lag.
