This modpack is a kitchen sink pack, designed to be run on potato computers. This can be run on 4GB of RAM, but I would recommend at least 5. I haven't tried to run it any lighter than 4.
It's designed to be a interesting and fun little modpack, and there are no OP mods like Draconic Evolution, but there are mods like EnderIO.
