Fresh Player Animations is now enabled by default.

Updated resource packs.

Changed:

Replaced Tooltip Overhaul with Obscure Tooltips as the default tooltip system.

Optional:

Tooltip Overhaul is still included for players who prefer it.
To use it, disable Obscure Tooltips and enable Tooltip Overhaul.
