Decky Edition

Decky Edition is a Vanilla+ modpack built for handheld play, with Steam Deck and controller support at the center of everything. It’s meant to feel like the vanilla game, just smoother, better looking, and comfortable on a small screen.

It works out of the box. The default controls are built around handheld play, and every binding can be changed.

Visuals stay close to vanilla, with small touches and improvements that feel amazing on a small screen. Performance comes first, and anything visual can be turned down or off freely.

Important Note ⚠️ READ
Performance settings are set up on purpose for the Steam Deck. Please don’t change them unless you know what you’re doing, since it can hurt frame pacing and stability.

Shaders can reach 30–60 FPS depending on the scene, but we recommend a 30 FPS cap with shaders on. It gives the smoothest frame pacing and about 2–3 hours of battery on a full charge, depending on usage.
