Experience the brutal reality of survival in a world overrun by endless hordes. Dead or Alive is a custom-crafted modpack inspired by the intense mechanics and gritty aesthetic of 7 Days to Die, where every step requires careful strategy and every night is a desperate fight for survival.

The core gameplay features a complete rebalancing of crafting progression to force efficient scavenging and prioritisation of gear. The world is built on an immersive soundscape with custom music and ambient effects designed to heighten the tension of the apocalypse. Survival is further challenged by intelligent zombie AI that tracks players by sound and actively breaches defenses by breaking blocks. Finally, the environment itself is a dynamic threat: players must adapt to shifting conditions, such as reduced movement speed in swamps, increased mobility in plains, and significantly higher combat lethality in open areas.
