Custom License for Modpack Distribution

License Title: Trusted Server Creation Websites Modpack License

1. Grant of License
The creator of the modpack (hereafter referred to as "Licensor") grants the following entities (hereafter referred to as "Licensees") the non-exclusive right to use, distribute, and host the modpack for server creation purposes:                       Aternos
         Any other trusted server creation websites approved by the Licensor.

2. Definitions                                                                                                                                                                                For the purposes of this license, "trusted server creation websites" refers to websites that have been evaluated and approved by the Licensor based on their reputation, reliability, and compliance with ethical standards.

3. Restrictions                                                                                                                                                                                 The Licensees may not modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the modpack without prior written consent from the Licensor.
The Licensees are permitted to distribute the modpack solely for the purpose of server creation on their respective platforms.

4. Control and Ownership                                                                                                                                                     The Licensor retains full ownership and control over all content, mods, and assets included in the modpack.
The Licensor reserves the right to revoke this license at any time, should any Licensee fail to comply with the terms outlined herein.

5. Approval Process for Trusted Websites                                                                                                                           Any server creation website that wishes to be recognized as a trusted website must seek approval from the Licensor. The Licensor will evaluate and determine whether the website meets the criteria for trustworthiness.

6. Liability Disclaimer
The Licensor shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from the use of the modpack by the Licensees. The Licensees assume all risks associated with their use of the modpack.

7. Governing Law
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Duration
This license shall remain in effect until terminated by the Licensor or until the Licensor decides to revoke the license.

9. Acceptance
By using the modpack, the Licensees agree to abide by the terms of this license.
