Updated several mods

Added AstikorCarts mod, allowing you to create carts that can either haul resources, animals, plow fields, or even make paths!

Added Cosmetic Armor mod, giving the player another set of armor slots. Armor in these slots will be displayed instead of your actual armor, but will NOT give any armor affects themselves. Allowing you to finally wear full netherite and reap the reward, while looking as if you are wearing gold armor.

Added Vintage Delight mod, a farmers delight expansion which adds pickling, more stuff to grow, and cheese!

Added Create: Vintage Improvements mod, a create addon which adds a large number of additional machines to create such as the belt sander and centrifuge.

Added Just Enough Resources mod, providing even more information in JEI such as where to find ores, what mobs drop when killed, and loot tables.

Added Configured mod, a utility used by other mods such as JEI to give you the abilities to change settings in game.

Added CraftTweaker mod, a modpack utility that allows crafting recipes to be modified.

Added Appleskin mod, a mod which adds QOL improvements to food such as showing saturation and how much hunger you will gain upon eating a held item.

Added Tinkers Delight mod, which adds some integration between farmers delight and tinkers construct, such as daggers behaving like knives from farmers delight. Also adds several foods made from tinkers construct materials such as slime.

Added Create Railways Navigator mod, allowing you to create displays that show when trains will arrive or depart and where they are going.

Added Create: Modern Train Parts mod, providing more blocks for decorating trains such as pantographs, aesthetic wires, and shipping containers which function like create vaults.

Added Create: Oxidized mod, adding recipes to create which allow you to oxidize copper automatically and quickly.
