Minor Changes: Performance Improvements and QoL Mods
1. Reduced the spawn rate of Alex's Mobs mobs by 50% (reduces hardware consumption, especially in multiplayer mode)
2. Replaced Neat with Torohealth Damage Indicator Reformed (Neat's visuals were too hard to see with shaders, so I decided to replace it)
3. Replaced Diet with Nutritional Balance and added Create Slice & Dice (enhances the cooking experience)
4. Added Fast Leaf Decay.

IMPORTANT: Distance Horizons and Shaders are NOT recommended for low-spec PCs.
