Suprise, this modpack isn't dead!

Added:

"Shoulder Surfing Reladoed" mod for zoomed out 3rd person views. Good for being able to see your entire vessel in 3rd person. Use arrow keys to change view. 

Also, some ratios for Davincis Vessels have been changed, as the 1.1 release ratios were not intended to be final. 

Changed:

Vessel ballon amount ratio from 0.01 to 0.4 You now need a fair amount of ballons on your vessel for it to be considered an aircraft/balloon.

Of course, you can change the ratio as you see fit to your playstyle.
