-Lowered the chances of a LOT of lycanite mobs. Hopefully no more constant death!

-Removed "Morpheus" (Quark shares its functionality)

-=Recipe Changes=-
-Fixed the crystal growth chamber recipe
-Added crafting recipes for all AE2 inscriber presses
-You can no longer un-craft quartz blocks into quartz (The world-gen makes it way too overpowered)
-Cyclic's cable network system now has light gating
-Hid more random recipes that serve no purpose existing in JEI
