Removed a few ocean mods

Added a couple of performance booster mods

I'm no longer taking requests for the modpack as the modpack itself is now larger than I first imagined, and now I'm trying to downscale the modpack. I wasn't expecting this update for the modpack to be so unstable so I'm sorry in advance if there is another optimization patch
