Take to adventure in this newly generated world in any way you like. The only limit is how long you play (literally, some of the tools get stronger as you play). Just be careful because something else wants this world too.

The monsters will find you more often; they'll see you further, they'll spawn more, and you won't see them in the pitch dark. There is a group of monsters who will attack you in hordes if you let it get out of hand. One monster will stop at nothing and remove anything that gets in its way.

Create and AE2 offer superior alternatives to many difficult to build/laggy structures in the game such as farms and storage systems, both also add autocrafting. Neither are referenced much in the 200+ quests as the ponder/guide system for either provides a way to learn the mods themselves. REI offers recipe support.
