This pack has a large focus on exploration, survival, and adventure. When you're ready for a break from dungeon crawling, there are a ton of decorative options to get your creativity flowing. All of that is supported by some familiar storage and automation mods.

Fair warning, the first few days are gonna suck hard. You'll likely die. Maybe a lot. Keep your chin up. Learn why you died and come up with ways to prevent it next time. You'll get the hang of it.

A couple of tips: First priority is get a campfire and sticks to light it and get basic shelter before the sun starts to get low and the temp drops. Second priority is food and water. You'll need a variety of foods or you'll start to suffer from malnutrition as well. To increase your health, you'll have to find a nether fortress.

BetterFoliage is disabled by default due to some reports of FPS hits. Feel free to enable if your machine can handle it.

Adventure, Environment, Survival

Pack your bags with provisions, grab your favorite shield, hop on your Chocobo, whistle for your hounds, and head out into the world to see what's over the next hill or down the next cave. Beware though. You won't have much health to start with. Good thing you can make some wooden or stone armor to keep you alive until you establish yourself.  You also won't be able to get away with just carrying a stack of steak anymore. A balanced diet keeps you in the fight! Those aren't your pappy's creepers either. If it isn't the mobs trying to kill you, even the world is out to get you. Careful you don't freeze to death!

Building

While sleeping under the stars is all well and good, it can be refreshing to have a proper home to return to. Better yet, how about a kingdom (village) of your own to rule over? Build and decorate while your villagers scurry around tending farms and mines to pay their taxes, or head off into the wilds to build a private retreat. There're even stairs and slabs for all the things!

Storage, Automation, Other

Who's got time to fiddle with sorting out their bags of loot or tending furnaces? Here are a variety of storage and automation options. There's more than one way to skin an ocelot and everyone has their favorite, so I hope I've included something for everyone here.
