• Buffed Alchemistry reactor speeds by 2.5x (50t -> 20t)
• Nerfed Alchemistry reactor energy usage by 6.67x (300FE/t*50t -> 5000FE/t*20t)
• Buffed Alchemistry reactor energy storage by 5x (100kFE -> 500kFE)
• Blacklisted RFTools Environmental Controller from CarryOn due to buggy behavior
• Incremented modpack version to 1.15.1

Fixes

• Fixed Frag Grenades invisible on Create conveyors & depots (couldn't fix for Soph Storage)
