KNOWN ISSUES:
If you make a Digital Miner from Mekanism **DO NOT** Time in a Bottle it. Digital Miner actually mines blocks in your world which do spawn Lycanites mobs. You'll have nasty FPS loss, TPS loss or even crashes if you do this. 8 Speed and Energy Upgrades with an anchor upgrade are completely fine. (I learned the hard way) Setting the miner to Silk Touch actually might help this.

Removed Blaze spawner and replaced with Litherite Crystal
Auto Ores chapter created
Fixed Squeek! quest to kill a sheep instead of pig
Overall rehaul of the quest book with just a few more quests added and rewards for all quests!
