Just some minor fixes/changes within the files themselves.

Updated:
-Updated Epic Knights: Shields, Armor and Weapons (a few bug fixes you can find on their page)
-Updated Refined Storage (a few bug fixes you can find on their page)
-Updated the quark config file to Matrix-false. This removes quarks version of enchanting tables and goes back to the "original" or apotheosis enchanting table.
-Fixed the server files to now include all files you will need to run it on your own pc! Nothing (should) be missing now!
