Notice (July 30, 2023): There have been reports of malicious jars. I downloaded a fresh copy of the pack today and ran both detection tools provided by the CurseForge team here:

A sandbox of epic proportions, Cybernetic Alchemy is designed for complexity and interactions between mods. It's un-gated, unbalanced, and has plenty of tech, magic, genetics, chemicals, etc. A decision paralysis inducing number of ways to short-circuit progression and build complex systems.
Sub-themes by category:
Chemistry:
The core idea for the pack: Alchemistry, Rockhounding:Chemistry, NuclearCraft, Mekanism and Advanced Rocketry, there is a lot of overlap in the fluid dictionary here. Everything else was chosen to enable and supplement this sub-theme.
Tech: All the other tech stuff you expect to see, and then some.
EnderIO, Thermal Expansion, RFTools, ProjectRed, Applied Energistics, Immersive Engineering, Open Computers, IC2, Industrial Foregoing and many, many more.
Start your tech tree however you want, and branch out from there.
Magic: The most-supported basics.
Botania, Thaumcraft, Blood Magic, Roots Classic, and a few others. Some other magic-themed mods were cut from the original list because of odd problems with other mods.
Several other cross-mod integrations are included as well.
Genetics and alternate resources: Slower ways to get around progression.
Mystical Agriculture, Chickens and tons of bees.
Resources: Stop grinding and start tinkering.
Natura, Pam's Harvestcraft, and a ton of ore. Seriously, there is too much ore, that is intentional.
Don't let the mod count fool you, this pack has a ton of items. Tested with 8GB RAM allocated to Java, your mileage may vary. Not recommended for potatoes.
