Not required to play on the server
- Removed several memory optimizations that were causing memory to not be cleared dynamically. Addresses large stutters and progressively worsening performance, especially with fast movement.
- Adjusted Distant Horizons settings for better performance.
- Chunks above and below the render distance will no longer be forced to render. (spherical rendering instead of cylindrical).
- VS: Enabled TCP and physics synchronization by default.
- The version number in-game still says 1.0.1 because I forgot to change it.
