Culli's Realism
A realistic 1.18.2 modpack
This modpack is very resource intensive with 149 mods installed so be warned! Also to create a world with Terraforged you need to remove all dynamic tree mods and then add them back in once the world has been loaded
Optifine recommended
I have found many mods to make 1.18.2 minecraft very realistic with the help of shaders and resource packs. There are 3 gun mods. Apotheosis is installed. I have gotten rid of all non realistic mobs. There are sinkholes, waves, better villagers and more! Create automatic baby farms with MCA reborn and Create or create a beautiful church with Conquest, have medieval battles with accurate medieval armor and weaponry against your friends (servers probably won't handle this modpack well) or tame a lion to mow down your enemies. We have nutrition, pollution, realistic skies and torches and real sized mobs. Shaders and resourcepacks should be in the files already.

PS: Conquest reforged doesn't handle chisels very well, I can't find 32x resourcepacks for all of the mods and Distant Horizons doesn't look good with shaders
