Made the Nether harder.

• Netherrack burns the player thanks to Burninator. (Can be negated with Frost Walker)
• The air is poisonous thanks to Need to Breathe.

• Disabled unnecessary metals (Salt, Platinum, Titanium, Iridium, Chromium, Bauxite, Yellorium, Uranium, Zinc, Fire ore)
• Disabled other unnecessary parts

Added Cofh world

• Modified ore spawning to be sparse.
