Mods in the modpack are used to enhance the gameplay so for example some mods being Quark, better animals plus, biomes o plenty and many more.
Quark increases farming, biomes o plenty adds multiple biomes that arent in vanilla Minecraft and better animals plus brings more mobs to life. Another useful mod is neat which lets you see a mob or players health
