This file is for balancing creatures that hunt you. Just copy and paste it into your world. Go to your modpack folder where it's installed, then go saves folder, then your world name folder, and finally serverconfig folder and paste the files there.

This just makes dwellers and other creatures that are based on cave dweller spawn when it's dark and in dark places and not in the middle of the bright daylight.
