CreepCraft is a fairly low tech kitchen sink pack, with the most technical mods in it being xnet and mekanism. It is designed to have both low tech solutions to various problems as well as more technical options to it, with mods like better with mods and industrial craft.
The goal of the pack is for the survival of its players to be difficult, with the grue mod and hardcore darkness. It also have an emphasis on exploration with viescraft and davincis vessels adding air ships and regular ships for your enjoyment.
It is aimed at experienced modded minecraft players looking for a new take on things, with a few lesser used mods in favor of more popular ones, such as silents gems instead of tinkers construct.
