Creatus Lotus:
This Modpack is designed for farm builders and technologists in Minecraft. Using the mod Create, building automatic farms and farms you can't build normally in Vanilla Minecraft is easily possible and some other Mods help doing that. Also, there are some client side mods in this modpack like Sodium or MiniHUD. The modpack should be quite friendly to low end PCs or laptops because there isn't such a huge amount of mods in the modpack "Creatus Lotus".
