Welcome to Creaturely Craft!
Primary focus: Non-hostile mobs such as pets, livestock, and ambient creatures.
Secondary features: Earth-based magic, agriculture, and aesthetically-pleasant exploration.
This modpack is intended to feature exploration with the possibility of adopting/taming a variety of creatures, or otherwise encountering interesting animals. Other emphasized aspects to the modpack include building, farming/agriculture, and earth-based magic.
For the most part, the tech level of the pack is that of Better With Mods. Instead of high-tech automation, the challenges in Creaturely Craft include finding/earning rare animals and items, figuring out how to build something beautifully, tinkering with your various structures, providing for your pets and livestock, and managing your resources. Maybe you can create a sprawling zoo or dinosaur park, catch every pokemon, or recreate towns and structures from your favorite fictional worlds. Or try becoming a powerful witch and brewing every potion in the pack--there are a lot!
Danger during exploration is minimal, as that isn't the focus of this pack. For those who want a combat challenge, you can summon strong creatures or travel to other dimensions and challenge bosses. Most of the overworld danger that players will face while exploring during the daytime will come from wandering too close to some of the wild animals, or attempting to capture or fight pokemon.
This pack is not focused on technology, nor is the pack geared toward players who like to race to endgame and become ultra-powerful. It's geared toward players who enjoy a slower, more relaxed playstyle, or those who would like to try a slower pace for a change
