Mechanic Changes:

Apotheosis has had quite a few things adjusted; loot chest generated affix gear is limited to iron quality gear, enchants are only one level above vanilla, bosses will only spawn in generated boss dungeons, sugarcane isn't quite infinitely tall.

Enchanted books above the vanilla level are locked behind quest progression

Separated the quark matrix enchanter and apotheosis enchantment table

The Immersive Engineering Engineer's Hammer can only form a few specific multiblock machines.

RF Generation from alternators greatly increased.

Stress requirement of alternators greatly increased.

Only Create and Minecraft ore's generate in the overworld. 

Pruned away much of the unwanted bulk from Immersive Engineering and Thermal Foundation
