Config Changes:

-Fixed LMFT config to remove startup message

-Changed FTB Ultimine config to not bundle stone types in shapeless mode, cancel on failing to break a block, and have a tool be saved on 1 durability

-Changed Create config to allow spawner and amethyst bud blocks to be fully movable and allow all fluids to be pumped infinitely with 10000 source blocks
