Update 3.0.0: The 1.21.1 Update

Since it's been so long since the last update I decided to skip 1.20.1 and go to 1.21.1. However some critical mods have not updated yet, thus the alpha.

-Removed CC: Tweaked in anticipation of possible Create: Kinetic Computing mod and not fitting theme
