added torch master for the freaks who like to make cave bases but hate slimes
added a way to dye white dye into other dye using the fan and buckets of dyes
removed pams harvestcraft(so broken, who decides a bucket of water should turn into 8 servings of 4 saturation)
will be replacing it with our own better looking mod in the future
