Create Stellar 2.0 is out on Minecraft 1.21.1, with Create 6 and a quest book rebuilt from scratch.
Every stage is a mechanism. Make it, automate it, and the next chapter opens. You go from Basic to Precision, Conductive, Mystical and finally Creative, with branches like Copper, Steel, Enchanted and Refined along the way. New to Create? Get Started walks you through your first machines, and there are side chapters for food, storage and ore processing when you want a break from the main line. Once you've got copper mechanisms you can start building ships with Create Aeronautics.
Finish the Steel Mechanism and you get a launch pad. From there the later branches need stuff from further out: Desh from Moon sand, Ostrum from Mars sand and Calorite from Venus sand, all washed. Tired of rocket trips? Put a block of desh or ostrum under a cobble gen and it makes Moon or Mars cobble instead.
