The "Stability & Magic" Update

Version 1.0.3 is a major bug-fix update. We have resolved the critical conflict between the enchanting system and the visual interface. The power of Apotheosis is back at 100%, accompanied by more stable visual improvements.

🔄 Critical Changes (Gameplay)

  • Reactivated: The Apotheosis enchanting module. You can once again create level 50+ enchantments to face the Dragons.
  • Removed: Easy Magic and Easy Anvils. These mods conflicted with the modpack's advanced RPG mechanics.
  • Added: Amendments. This mod is a superior replacement, adding 3D rendering of items in cauldrons, on lily pads, and blocks, while being perfectly compatible with the rest of the pack.

🌊 Physics & Immersion

  • Adjustment: Integration of the standard version of Physics Mod.
  • Mobs now have death animations (Ragdolls).
  • Blocks break into physical debris.
  • Note: Optimized version to ensure compliance with distribution rules.

💡 Tip for Ultimate Immersion

The modpack includes the free version of Physics Mod for copyright reasons. However, for a breathtaking visual experience, we highly recommend getting the Pro Version (available on Haubna's Patreon).

Why switch to Pro?

  • 🌊 Realistic Oceans: Impressive dynamic waves that move in real-time.
  • 💨 Smoke & Weather: Smoke interacts with wind and blocks, and snow accumulates physically.
  • Note: Once acquired, simply replace the Physics Mod .jar file in your mods folder.

⚠️ Performance Note

  • This physics mod (even the Standard version) requires more graphic resources (GPU).
  • If you experience FPS drops, go to Options > Physics Settings and reduce the particle amount or disable "Block Physics".

🛠️ Miscellaneous Fixes

  • Create: Liquid Fuel is confirmed: allows using various fluids as fuel for your machines.
  • Cleanup of configuration files to prevent item ejection in enchanting tables.

Update Instructions

  1. Delete old config/easymagic folders if they still exist.
  2. If you had disabled the enchanting module in apotheosis.cfg, set it back to true.
