Create Reiterated - S1

A lightweight, vanilla friendly expansion of the Create mod content.
What's new
- Added a firearms and uniforms mod
- Recipes have been changed accordingly
- OpenLoader added; now all of the server's datapacks will automatically loaded even on SP!
- Updated a bunch of mods
Note: Steam&Rails has updated to Create 6, but the alpha version is still highly unstable.
Note: Pantographs and Wires will get updated soon.
The next major update will thus see S&R and P&W updated to Create 6, once they come out. The pack will hit its 2.0 release, after many months of experimental testing :)
