Completely rebuilt the pack from the ground up. Many core mods have remained the same but some changes are:

-Updated Create to 0.5

-Removed Create: Steam Powered (replaced by the new steam engines in Create 0.5)

-Replaced Create Plus with Create Curios

-Added Incendium

-Added Tetra and Tetra Pak

-Added Structory and ChoiceTheorem's Overhauled VIllages

-Added Ore Excavation

-Added 1.18 Abnormals Mods 

-Removed Architect's Palette (overlap with other mods)

-Replaced Radon with Starlight

-Removed Goblin Traders (too overpowered in my opinion)

-Removed Guard Villagers (incompatible with CTOV)

-Updated other mods
