Create: Omega's main focus is of course the Create mod, along with a few of its notable additions. Create Deco, Create: Diesel Generators (new in 1.19.2), Create Crafts and Additions, and many other Create-based mods allow for a true industrial theme.
Terrain generation is handled by Terralith for amazing new biomes and structures, along with a few other minor biome, mob, and structure mods.
Technical Mods
A number of techincal mods, such as Canary, Starlight, Saturn, and Rubidium are included. Optifine is NOT compatible with these. From my experience it's also not necessary as these mods cover lighting engine and FPS stability even better.
