Create-ing Tech

IMPORTANT: Removed Create: Transmission because of the occasional CTD.

Updated Create, and supporting mods to 6.0.8 - this fixes a crash that existed from inspecting nuggets of experience and other Enchantment & Industry issues. Additionally, the Enchantment & Industry addon now allows for enhancing enchantments 2 levels higher than vanilla.

Added the following Mods:

> Create: Mechanical Spawner
> Create: Power Loader
> Mekanism Tools (with custom config options - Refined Obsidian tools/armour is balanced more against other endgame tool options)
> Sophisticated Storage (+ Create addon)

Added recipes for Tuff, Deepslate and the Create stone variants.

Added various other create related recipes and cleaned up several items or recipes that could cause confusion in JEI.
