Create:

Welcome to Create, a mod offering a variety of tools and blocks for Building, Decoration and Aesthetic Automation.

The added elements of tech are designed to leave as many design choices to the player as possible. With Create, the game isn't played inside a bunch of UIs, it challenges you to setup contraptions of animated components working together in many possible arrangements.

Estrogen:

The main feature of the mod is the Estrogen Pill (And its effect)! Automated through a process of fluid handling and item processing. This might be pretty tough to get to, but the reward is great! The Estrogen Effect gives you an effect allowing you to Dash (With some hidden abilities too)!

Testosterone:

With the addition of the Testosterone Pill & The Trenbolone Shot so come new process lines and the new Man Power & Roid Rage effects!

The MAN POWER effect gives you the ability to become INVINCIBLE for a few hits, before starting a cooldown. This is useful if your friends can't keep their hands off firearms…

The ROID RAGE effect gives you the ability to become Peppino Spaghetti himself! Run super fast, superjump, ground slam and run on water!

Genderless:

This mod utilises some key features from both the Create: Estrogen and Create: Testosterone, such as the Centrifuge and the respective pills from either mod.

[Pre version 1.1] With the addition of the Genderless Pill and also the Genderfluid Pill, a few different assembly lines and processes have been introduced alongside their respective temporary status effects of Genderless Power and Genderfluidity.

[Version 1.1] The Genderless Pill now grants the Enby Power status effect, allowing you to pogo on certain blocks and entities - perhaps get a bit explosive with it. Additionally, there's the Void Pill, granting the Unified status effect and making you unable to take or to deal damage to other entities.
