A large number of the mod in this modpack are what you'd call "should be in the game already mods" like quark, appleskin, and torohealth
The main changes come from the use of Create, Create: Alloyed, and Create: Alloyed Guns. Create and create alloyed are popular and you should know what they do. Create: Alloyed Guns is what could be called a reskinned version of crayfish gun mod and with different recipes.
Other then that there are some cool mods you should check out.
