New alloys: Kinetic Godly Alloy, Matter Godly Alloy (textures made by JuniNyaa )

Deleted:
base Godly Alloy (might come back in the future)
Incomplete (except for Energy Godly Alloy) Godly Alloys and Creative stuff
Almost Complete Godly Alloys and Creative stuff

Renamed:
Mana Attuned Godly Alloy -> Botanic Godly Alloy (other mana godly alloys might come in the future for different mods)
Fluid Attuned Godly Alloy -> Fluid Godly Alloy
Energy Attuned Godly Alloy -> Energy Godly Alloy

All of the recipes for Godly(Creative) stuff has been completely redone (Still might be too easy, so might make it harder in the future)

Bug Fixes

Added EMI tooltip for Chromatic Compound and materials related to it 
Fixed Casings not properly registering under #create:casings tag

Other Tweaks

Tweaked some questlines
Added items to #forge:alloys
