Create Contained Chaos 1.6.2: The Fumo Update!

Added:

FUMOS!

For now only some from Touhou Project (as this is where fumos originated from) and some server members got their own fumo! -# maybe later will add other fumos)

Server Members fumos can be crafted with wool and yarn from blahaj mod, fumos Touhou Project have their own recipie as was in original mod

You can equip fumos by shift right clicking any block with fumo in hand while not wearing a helmet

||If you cant seem to find recipie for certan fumo look at advancements.||

Fixes:

Removed: Create militarized 2 (broke so much stuff and is really undercooked)

Fixed not being able to make Condensed Casing with manual application

Removed most sifter recipies (only one left is coral one)

Redid Pig Iron recipie, now instead of blasing iron to get it combine 1x Coal and 8x Iron Ingot to get 8x Pig Iron

Fixed issue with nuclear mekanism quests not properly showing theri title/decription

Added rewards for nuclear mekanism quests -# how did i even forget about it?

Redid a bit of New Age quests to fix some not working stuff

And a bunch more of boring stuff
