Dynamics+ (Aeronautics) - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement sets forth the legal terms between Dynamics+ (Aeronautics) (hereinafter referred to as the Mod Pack) and its developer, Duckuavis (hereinafter referred to as the Developer). Anyone who downloads, installs, or uses this Mod Pack is deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Copyright and Ownership

The compilation of the Mod Pack, its configuration (config) files, custom code, custom textures, and package design are the property of Duckuavis.

The copyrights to the independent mods included in the Mod Pack belong to each mod’s respective developer (original creator). This license does not infringe upon the rights of third-party mod creators.

2. Usage and Personal Rights

Personal Use: Players may download, install, and play this Mod Pack for free for personal entertainment purposes.

Personal Modifications: Players may modify, add, or remove mods within the package provided they play them on their own computers. However, these modified versions may not be distributed publicly.

3. Distribution and Distribution Restrictions

Platform Restriction: This Mod Pack can only be downloaded from official platforms uploaded by the Developer (CurseForge, Modrinth, etc.).

Redistribution Ban: The entire Mod Pack or any part thereof (customized config files, scripts, etc.) may not be re-shared or re-uploaded to another website, forum, Discord server, or different platform without the Developer’s written permission.

Mirroring Ban: Direct download links (Direct link, Mediafire, Google Drive, etc.) to the package files may not be created to bypass the official download pages.

4. Prohibition on Commercial Use and Profit

Sales Prohibition: This Mod Pack is completely free. Under no circumstances may it be sold for money, hidden behind paid subscriptions (Patreon, etc.), or used as a means of commercial profit.

In-Server Sales (Pay-to-Win): Individuals who open a public server using this Mod Pack may not sell the Mod Pack’s files, mods, or exclusive content to players in exchange for real money. (Minecraft EULA rules must be followed).

5. Content Creators (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, etc.)

Streamers and video creators may freely record videos, stream live, and generate revenue from their content (through ads, donations, etc.) using this Mod Pack.

The only requirement is that the Mod Pack’s name and official download link (CurseForge/Modrinth link) must be included in the description of the published content.

6. Disclaimer

The Mod Pack is provided as is. The developer cannot be held responsible for any potential data loss, game crashes, or computer hardware/software issues that may occur during the use of the pack.
