1.0 is not out and with it a slew of fixes addition and a official mc server

heres the main bits a bobs of this update
-official civ server. thank you dino and starstream for helping fund the first month
-quest book is pretty much done may get more additions with time.
-better fps overall
- slightly faster chunk loading
-hopefully most if not all major bugs are now fixed.
