This is a Modpack Fully Decked Out with The BEST Technology and Exploration Mods. Mainly Create and Eureka Valyrien Skies (Eureka VS is a Create Addon that allows you to build easy air / land / water ships) In the Create Mod you can create multiple simple, intermediate, and complex machines all powered using Rotational Force in the form of Stress Units. The stress units can be create in 3 ways two of which requiring water; Water Wheels, Windmills, and Steam Engines. The Create Mod also includes trains which do not require any form of rotation, however they do require loads of resources to build.
